In 1996, Eve Ensler created The Vagina Monologues, a worldwide hit that became the theatrical
poster-child for female empowerment. As women gathered to chant the ‘C’ word, or considered what
their vaginas might wear or say, womankind was taking a giant leap forward….or so we thought.
In 2007, The Vajayjay Monologues premiered with Urban Curvz and Calgary audiences proved that they were hungry for Lindsay Burns’ wit and wisdom as they sold out house after house.
Now in 2010, after a critically acclaimed stint at the New York and Winnipeg Fringe festival and another successful remount in Calgary, The Vajayjay Monologues is finally coming to Edmonton.
